Philip McKibbin writes about “voting for love” in the New Zealand Herald

Philip McKibbin, author of Love Notes: for a Politics of Love has published this article with the NZ Herald, New Zealand’s largest newspaper.

In the article, titled “Philip McKibbin: Voting with all our hearts can make a difference,” Philip argues that in the upcoming election, Kiwis should ‘vote for love’, and that the Politics of Love urges them to take urgent action to address the climate crisis, mistreatment of other animals, and inequality. Among the recommendations Philip makes in his article are for an independent Animal Rights Commission and an inquiry group to determine what is needed to transition the country’s economy from animal to plant-based agriculture. You can read the article here.
