Jeff Thomas has longtime professional experience in the farm animal movement and political campaigns. He is also the author of two classic books on modern Virginia politics. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Public Policy in his hometown of Richmond. Mr. Thomas received his master’s degree from the Tulane University School of Public Health and his undergraduate degree from the Duke University School of Engineering.
