Anthony J. Nocella II, Ph.D., an internationally renowned author, professor, mediator, and community organizer. Dr. Nocella, a critical criminologist and pedagogue, is an Assistant Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the Institute for Public Safety at Salt Lake Community College.
